During you entire life, you perform various activities. For some, you pay far too much attention; like picking a right school or what book to read, others you don't even notice; like placing your toothbrush back in its place, or checking you cellphone every 5 minutes. Small habits that every one of us has, those things that singly take no time, together will cost you hours of wasted time. I am not saying that you should get rid of all your habits, as this can hardly be done, but try making them work for you. For example, when you feel an urge to check your phone, instead do a push up or find a new word in dictionary. Sooner or later, you will have a brand new habit that will help you improve. When you are done "fixing" your habits, you can create new ones - like going to gym every second day or reading a book every evening. Make habits your friends.
